HR-KIT Bluetooth Smart Heart Rate monitor DI30
HR-KIT, THE NEW BLUETOOTH SMART HEART RATE MONITOR BY PAFERSPAFERS, software developer of Run on Earth App for i.Concept by BH fitness machines, launches a new heart rate monitor with Bluetooth Smart technology
The DI30 HR-KIT is a heart rate monitor with Bluetooth Smart wireless technology that will allow displaying the user’s heart rate on the Smartphone or Tablet. The Bluetooth Smart technology distinguishes itself by its low energy consumption that allow the heart rate monitor to work up to 1,800 hours with a replaceable common button battery.
Another advantage of this technology, which is also used by Polar or Wahoo in this kind of heart rate monitors, is how easy it is to link it to the Smartphone or Tablet. It isas simple as turning on the Bluetooth on the Settings Menu of the mobile device, searching the heart rate monitor from the App menu and linking it to the device. In less than 10 seconds we could start enjoying a 100% controlled training.
The HR-KIT heart rate monitor, as the previously mentioned bands, is compatible with the most demanding Apps of the market, such as Endomondo, Runstatic, iBody, RunKeeper, Strava, etc. Of course, it is also compatible with the Apps developed by PAFERS such as Run on Earth, Tread Monitor or Pedal Monitor (in mid-June), which allow users to performance personalized trainings on the i.Concept by BH fitness machines.
Another characteristic of this heart rate monitor is that it is water-resistant (IPX7 standard), although you cannot swim with it. It is distributed on a unique format with an adjustable elastic band from M to XXL size (70 to 120 cm / 27.5 "- 47.2"). Its total weight, including the Bluetooth module and the elastic band, is almost 55 grams.
Finally, but the most important thing, as it is the most frequent doubt: Smartphones or Tablets with which the heart rate monitor can be used. As for today it is just compatible with Apple devices with iOS 6+ operative system: iPod Touch 5, iPhone 4S, iPhone 5, iPad 3, iPad 4 and iPad Mini. When Android launch its new operative system version 4.3 Jelly Bean, its Smartphones or Tablets will also be compatible with the Bluetooth Smart heart rate monitors, if the devices integrate a Bluetooth 4.0 module. This will happen in all Bluetooth Smart heart rate monitors which are nowadays on the market, independently of its brand. Anyway, before purchasing a Bluetooth Smart chest belt, it is highly recommended to check first compatibility requirements with iOS and Android devices (software and model).
BH, official distributor in Spain, conscious of all doubts generated by Bluetooth Smart and compatibility topics, has prepared a complete frequently asked questions guide that will solve the most common doubts users have when acquiring and using this kind of heart rate monitors.
